Exchanges

In order to exchange an item which you have received please use the following address;

  1. Please return the item(s) back to us using the address on the invoice enclosed in your parcel.
  2. Please make us aware of the size of any replacement you require.
  3. Once received the request will be processed as soon as possible and re-shipped free of charge.

IMPORTANT

As our website is a live website if the size you require is temporarily out of stock we will contact you to discuss an alternative solution.

For Health and Safety reasons we are unable to accept returned underwear or swim wear.

Returning Items for Refund

The following guidelines must be followed to exercise the right to return or exchange items ordered from The Zero Gravity Store.

  1. All returned items must be received by us within 10 days of receipt of your goods.
  2. Returned items must be undamaged and within any original packaging. Labels, tags and barcodes must still be attached. Packaging must be undamaged and without any marks or writing.
  3. Items must be returned unworn or unused with no evidence of deodorants or perfumes.
  4. All items will be quality checked upon return.

On receipt of any unwanted items we will refund the cost of the item back to the card or account that was used in the original transaction.
