Credit Card Payments
When placing an order the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. As a company we check to ensure the billing address matches the address the credit card bill goes to. To process your order more efficiently, we also request a landline telephone number (not a mobile) and also confirm your international dialing code.
Security
For your security, all our credit card transactions are processed by Worldpay. Worldpay use the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) software encryption technology. Put simply, this means that information passed between your computer and our web site cannot be accessed by anybody other than us. If this data was to be specifically accessed it would appear in an unreadable and corrupted form. During this process nobody including ourselves has access to your credit or debit card details.
Shipping
All shipping costs are quoted with the items themselves. Delivery times are based on working days (Monday-Friday) and exclude public and bank holidays.
Standard orders take 2-3 working days. Please allow 1 day extra for European Delivery.
World Deliveries may depend on the relevant postal services in a particular country.
Next day Deliveries would always require a signature upon receipt and so would require a person present to do this. It is the customers responsibility to fulfill this. Next day deliveries can be completed by processing an order before 3pm Monday-Friday. Please note that next day orders made on Fridays would arrive on a Monday.

Shipping on orders over £100 is free to The UK and Ireland.
